These terms apply to your use of www.inkkulture.in (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Ink Kulture ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
Our tattoos are semi-permanent, needle-free designs made with skin-friendly ink. They typically last 1–2 weeks; actual results depend on skin type, placement, aftercare and how the product is applied. Colours and sizes on screen may differ slightly from the product you receive.
2. Safe use
- Do a patch test on a small area 24 hours before first use.
- Do not apply on broken, irritated or sensitive skin, near the eyes, or on children under 12 without adult supervision.
- Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice redness, itching or any reaction.
3. Prices and offers
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 are applied automatically at checkout, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and codes meant for prepaid orders are valid only on orders paid online.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund any payment if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or misuse of an offer.
5. Payment
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and other methods shown at checkout through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery on eligible PIN codes. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping, replacements and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, wrong or missing items are covered by our Replacement & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and logos on the Site belong to Ink Kulture or its artists and may not be copied or resold without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for reactions caused by use against the safe-use guidance above.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Grievances and contact
For any complaint or question, write to us at shivangperplexity@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
