Where we ship

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through tracked courier partners.

Dispatch time

Orders placed on working days are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Prepaid orders are packed and dispatched first.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days of dispatch. Remote areas and the North-East may take a few days longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or local restrictions.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (after discounts).
A flat ₹60 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499.
The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may verify COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and may decline COD for addresses with past refused deliveries.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. You can also write to us with your order number for an update.

Address accuracy

Please enter your full address with house/flat number, street, landmark, city, state, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Orders returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may need to be re-shipped at an additional charge.
